法学是一门实践性很强的学科,增强课堂师生互动在解决课堂沉闷和培养学生的法律思维能力等方面有着重要的意义。而我国法学课堂师生互动的现状却不令人满意,互动少且流于形式。文章认为造成这种状况出现的原因是多方面的,既有传统教学观念、传统教学模式的影响,也有教学考评机制不合理等因素。要改变现状、增强师生互动,可以从改变教学观念,重视课堂实质互动;改革考评机制,教学科研齐头并进;丰富课堂互动形式,创新教学方式;提高教师自身专业素养、教学技能等方面进行努力。
Law is a highly practical discipline, which enhances the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. It plays an important role in solving the problem of classroom dullness and cultivating students’ ability of legal thinking. However, the current situation of the interaction between teachers and students in our legal law classroom is not satisfactory, with less interaction and formality. The article thinks that the reason that causes this kind of situation appears is many, there are many factors, not only the traditional teaching concept, the influence of the traditional teaching mode, but also the unreasonable teaching evaluation mechanism. To change the status quo and enhance the interaction between teachers and students, we can change teaching concepts, emphasize the substantive interaction in the classroom, reform the evaluation mechanism, go hand in hand with teaching and research, enrich classroom interactive forms, innovate teaching methods, improve teachers’ professional accomplishments and teaching skills.
