行年来,人们正在大力开发一种能用于工业自动湿度控制系统的湿度传感器。通常所用的湿度传感器是用金属氧化物、有机聚合物、薄膜等材料制成的。这类传感器在温度范围、高温环境、长时间工作能力、尘埃作用、耐汽油、有机物蒸汽等方面还存在不少问题。所以,需要研制能在工业环境中在广阔的动态范围内工作的湿度传感器。
In recent years, people are vigorously developing a humidity sensor for industrial automatic humidity control system. Commonly used humidity sensor is made of metal oxide, organic polymer, film and other materials. Such sensors in the temperature range, high temperature environment, long working capacity, dust effect, resistance to gasoline, organic matter steam and so there are still many problems. Therefore, there is a need to develop a humidity sensor that can operate in a wide dynamic range in an industrial environment.
