主要研究了机车滚动轴承疲劳故障的诊断方法。通过对牵引电动机轴承的大量现场测试以及故障模拟试验,对几种常用的诊断参数进行了对比研究,分析了它们的不同诊断效果,从中选出了用于简易诊断的两个主参数,振动均方根值X_(RMS)值和峭度系数K_v值。在对轴承进行精密诊断时,利用的是轴承外圈的固有频率,在中频带实现了共振解调。自行研制的“JSC—206”机车轴承故障诊断仪既具有简易诊断功能又具有精密诊断功能,经现场使用证明,能准确地检测出轴承的故障。
The main study of locomotive rolling bearing fatigue fault diagnosis. Through a large number of on-site testing and fault simulation tests of traction motor bearings, several commonly used diagnostic parameters were compared and analyzed, and their different diagnostic results were analyzed. Two main parameters for simple diagnosis were selected, Root mean square value X_ (RMS) and kurtosis coefficient K_v value. In the bearing precision diagnosis, the use of the inherent frequency of the bearing outer ring, in the middle band to achieve the resonance demodulation. Self-developed “JSC-206” locomotive bearing fault diagnostic instrument has both simple diagnostic functions and sophisticated diagnostic functions, the use of the field proved that can accurately detect the bearing failure.
