周总理和朱老总都是新中国的主要创建人之一,在我党、我军享有崇高的威望。1927年7月,在汉口筹划建立中国共产党自己的武装的过程中,我父亲真正认识周总理。与朱老总相识,是在1918年1月在川中联合抗袁、共同护国护法的斗争中。我父亲多次夸他们为大德大才之人,并把他们当做终身战友和知己。他们一起拥护毛泽东、一起与张国焘斗争、一起呕心沥血建立新中国。 Both Premier Zhou and Zhu are one of the chief founders of New China. Our army enjoys a high prestige in our party. In July 1927, in planning the establishment of the Communist Party of China in Hankou, my father really knew Premier Chou. Zhu met with Zhu in January 1918 in Sichuan in the joint anti-Yuan, common defense of the country in the struggle. My father has repeatedly praised them as people of great virtues and regarded them as lifelong comrades and friends. Together, they advocated Mao Zedong, together with Zhang Guofu, and worked together to establish a new China.
