为了考察油酸甲酯和亚油酸甲酯的热氧化降解特性,采用自制氧化模拟装置将样品加速氧化,定时取样,利用气相色谱测定油酸甲酯和亚油酸甲酯在不同温度下的氧化曲线;通过Rancimat法加速氧化试验,测定油酸甲酯和亚油酸甲酯的氧化诱导期;同时采用一个简单串联反应模型,求出反应速度方程的积分形式,并利用积分法对反应速度方程式的参数进行计算,确定反映油酸甲酯和亚油酸甲酯热氧化降解历程的宏观反应动力学方程式。
In order to investigate the thermal oxidative degradation properties of methyl oleate and methyl linoleate, the samples were accelerated and oxidized by self-made oxidative simulator, and the samples were periodically sampled. The contents of methyl oleate and methyl linoleate were measured by gas chromatography at different temperatures Oxidation curves were determined by Rancimat method. The oxidation induction period of methyl oleate and methyl linoleate were determined. A simple tandem reaction model was also used to determine the integral form of the reaction rate equation. The parameters of the equation were calculated to determine the macroscopic reaction kinetic equation that reflects the thermal oxidative degradation of methyl oleate and methyl linoleate.
