应用ＴＩＬ治疗１８例消化道恶性肿瘤患者，ＴＩＬ细胞的输注途径为肿瘤供血动脉和腹腔内注射，输注细胞数为１．５～３×１０９。输注ＴＩＬ细胞后，绝大多数患者外周血Ｔ细胞亚群比例显著上升（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＮＫ和ＬＡＫ细胞活性显著增强（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果显示，ＴＩＬ细胞的输注明显提高了肿瘤患者的免疫功能。
TIL was used to treat 18 patients with malignant tumors of the digestive tract. The TIL cells were injected via the tumor feeding artery and intraperitoneally. The number of infused cells was 1.5 to 3×109. After infusion of TIL cells, the proportion of T-cell subsets in peripheral blood increased significantly in most patients (P<0.05), and the activity of NK and LAK cells significantly increased (P<0.05). The results showed that the infusion of TIL cells significantly improved the immune function of cancer patients.
