现有矿用传感器模块化之间隔离通信常采用光耦实现隔离通信,针对光耦隔离具有器件体积较小空间隔离距离近、隔离后端易受隔离前端的电磁干扰等问题,提出基于红外对射管隔离电路设计方案,设计的隔离电路采用不可见光进行通信,具有抗干扰强、隔离前后端互不影响、性能稳定的优点。详细介绍了隔离电源设计、隔离电路设计;隔离电路参数,隔离电路设计方案在现有传感器得到了较好的应用和验证,应用结果表明隔离电路设计方案能够满足现有矿用传感器的数字和频率等信号的隔离要求。
In order to solve the problem that optocoupler isolation has the advantages of small space isolation distance and isolation back-end vulnerable to electromagnetic interference of isolation front-end, the existing mine sensor modular isolation communication often adopts optocoupler to realize isolated communication.
