中国城镇化发展进度不断加快,大量的农村人口涌入城市中,一方面为城市建设提供了更多的劳动力,另一方面在不同程度上成为了城市经济发展的负担。农业人口相对减少,而城市富于劳动力数量逐渐提升,导致了人力资源的闲置浪费。为了促进人力资源在流动过程中实现一定的合理性,社保转移接续成为了一个重要的途径。本论文针对人力资源流动中的社保转移接续问题进行研究。
The progress of urbanization in China has been accelerating and a large number of rural population have poured into the cities, which has provided more labor for urban construction on the one hand and burdened urban economic development to varying degrees on the other. The relative decrease of agricultural population, while the gradual increase of urban labor force, has led to the idle waste of human resources. In order to promote human resources in the process of flowing to achieve a certain degree of rationality, social security transfer has become an important way. This thesis studies the transfer of social security in the mobility of human resources.
