目的 :探讨低氧对肺动脉压、肺血管重建及对内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)的影响。方法 :将 30只雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分为两组 :1对照组 ;2低氧组 ,每天 8h,共 4周 ,4周后观察平均肺动脉压力 (m PAP) ,右心室游离壁 (RV) /左心室 +室间隔 (L V+S)。通过图像分析仪测量肺小动脉管壁厚度占外径百分比 (MT% )、管壁面积占血管总面积的百分比 (MA% )及血浆中 ET- 1的水平。结果 :1低氧组大鼠较正常对照组 m PAP明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,右心室肥厚显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;2肺小动脉 MT%、MA%较对照组亦明显升高 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;3血浆中 ET- 1较对照组明显升高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :低氧可致肺动脉高压肺小动脉重建 ,血浆中的 ET- 1明显升高。
Objective: To investigate the effects of hypoxia on pulmonary arterial pressure, pulmonary vascular remodeling and endothelin - 1 (ET - 1). Methods: Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: 1 control group; 2 hypoxia group, 8 h daily for 4 weeks; mean pulmonary artery pressure (m PAP), right ventricular free wall (RV) / Left ventricular + interventricular septum (L V + S). The percentage of pulmonary artery wall thickness to outer diameter (MT%), the percentage of wall area to total vessel area (MA%), and plasma ET-1 level were measured by image analyzer. Results: 1 Compared with the normal control group, the mPAP in hypoxia group was significantly increased (P <0.01) and the right ventricular hypertrophy was significant (P <0.01). 2 The MT% and MA% (P <0.01). 3 ET-1 in plasma was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Hypoxia can result in the reconstruction of pulmonary arterioles in pulmonary hypertension, and ET-1 in plasma is significantly increased.
