目的 :探讨数字电影在选择性冠状动脉造影中的应用价值。方法 :180例临床疑冠心病患者 ,采用 Judkin′s法 ,行选择性冠状动脉造影高速数字电影摄影 ,对影像质量进行综合评判 ,分优、良和差。结果 :180例数字电影冠脉造影中 ,优 16 0例 ,占89% ;良 18例 ,占 10 % ;差 2例 ,占 1%。结论 :数字电影选择性冠脉造影的成像质量稳定而优良 ,数字图像能进行多种后处理 ,作定量分析 ,便于数字化储存和远程传输。 Objective: To explore the value of digital cinema in selective coronary angiography. Methods: One hundred and eighty patients with suspected coronary heart disease were evaluated with high-speed digital cine-based coronary angiography using Judkin’s method to evaluate the quality of the images. Results: In 180 digital cinema coronary angiography, 160 cases were excellent, accounting for 89%; good in 18 cases, accounting for 10%; poor in 2 cases, accounting for 1%. Conclusion: Digital cinema selective coronary angiography has stable and excellent imaging quality. Digital images can be processed by a variety of post-processing techniques for quantitative analysis for digital storage and remote transmission.
