利用静力天平、SEM与ImageJ,对比研究了不同浸渍剂对采用负压液相浸渍法制备抗侵蚀、防渗漏铝合金铸造电磁泵用碳化硅耐火材料表面致密化效果的影响。结果表明:采用纳米SiO2与Ca3(PO4)2、AlPO4饱和溶液混合作为浸渍剂联合浸渍可以得到最佳表面致密化效果的碳化硅材料,其表面孔隙率由9.3%降为0.1%、表面最大孔径由182μm降为3.8μm,吸水率由11.15%降为1.89%。
The effects of different impregnants on the surface densification of silicon carbide refractories fabricated by using negative pressure liquid immersion method to prepare anti-erosion and anti-seepage aluminum alloy cast electromagnetic pumps were compared using static balance, SEM and ImageJ. The results show that the best surface densification effect can be obtained by mixing nano-SiO2 with Ca3 (PO4) 2 and AlPO4 saturated solution as impregnant and reducing the surface porosity from 9.3% to 0.1%. The maximum surface pore size From 182μm down to 3.8μm, water absorption decreased from 11.15% to 1.89%.
