口腔黏膜或皮肤出现大面积损伤时,机体自身不能使创口愈合,只能通过移植来补偿缺损的组织面。胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells,ESCs)具有无限增殖能力和多向分化潜能,具有分化为机体所有组织细胞的潜能,且不存在免疫排斥问题,作为种子细胞在干细胞组织工程化口腔黏膜或皮肤构建方面具有明显的优势。因此,干细胞组织工程化口腔黏膜或皮肤便成为当今国内外研究的热点,而此类研究的关键问题是怎样在体外成功诱导胚胎干细胞分化为角化细胞。本文主要就胚胎干细胞向角化细胞分化的研究进展、影响因素及相关标志物作一综述。

This article mainly reviews the progress of embryonic stem cells differentiation into keratinocytes, the influencing factors and related markers.
