WSALK和FSALK能抑制小鼠腹腔和皮肤毛细血管通透性,抑制二甲苯、角叉菜胶所致的炎性水肿,减少急性胸膜炎渗液量,抑制白细胞游走,对棉球肉芽增生也有一定抑制作用;对肾上腺、胸腺重量以及血浆皮质醇含量无明显影响;但可降低炎症组织中PGE含量。提示其抗炎作用与抑制PGE合成及释放有关。用小鼠二甲苯性耳水肿模型测得抗炎治疗指数:WSALK比FSALK大2.07倍。
