月季花叶片的二维相关红外光谱研究

利用傅里叶红外光谱技术结合主成分分析和二维相关红外光谱技术对8种不同品种月季花叶片进行鉴别分析。月季花叶片的红外光谱整体相似,但是二阶导数光谱在1800~700cm-1区域有较大差异,选取该范围二阶导数光谱用SPSS软件进行主成分分析。主成分分析前三个主成分占总方差的贡献率为97.72%,分类正确率达到95%。二维相关光谱在1500~1275cm-1和1700~1520cm-1范围内,不同品种月季花叶片的自动峰、交叉峰的强度和位置具有显著的差异。结果表明:应用傅里叶红外光谱结合主成分分析及二维相关红外光谱技术通过叶片的光谱可以快速有效地区分不同品种的月季花。 Eight varieties of rose flowers were identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy combined with principal component analysis and two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy. The infrared spectra of Chinese rose flowers were similar, but the second derivative spectra were quite different in the region of 1800-700 cm-1. The second-order derivative spectra of this range were selected by SPSS for principal component analysis. Principal component analysis of the three main components of the total variance of the contribution rate was 97.72%, classification accuracy rate of 95%. In the range of 1500 ~ 1275cm-1 and 1700 ~ 1520cm-1, the two-dimensional correlation spectra showed significant differences in the intensity and location of the auto-peak and cross-peak of rose leaves. The results show that the application of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy combined with principal component analysis and two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy can quickly and effectively distinguish the different varieties of rose flowers.
