一、有色金属焊接的用途和優越性有色金屬焊接是应用在铸件及轧制品(钣抖及型料)以及其他工作上。鑄件可以焊接及採用溶化堆焊、成品用钣料或型料制的亦可以焊接及堆焊。用铜或铝的锻合金制成的化学用具及耐蚀成品等,对焊接的应用特别重要。因此對有色金属焊接时的结构形式這個問题是值得我们研究与討论的。有色金屬与黑色金屬的性质不同,故焊接法亦不相同。焊接有色金属及其合金應特别注意的是這類金屬對於氧的親和性,它在焊接時的高温中(?)显著,有色金屬中具有强大的膨脹系数及低的熔化温度,它的氧化物熔点高、导热性强、吸熱量多等特點。故必须应用特种的焊接施工
