最近,日本已采用了沸水堆底部的新设计,以满足原子能反应堆容器的运行检验要求,并减少对人体的辐照。为了避免复杂的钢板焊接结构,新设计的底部由两个大型锻件,即一个大型整体封头和一个带有小型裙座的下环,及一道焊缝组成。日本铸锻钢公司通过全面的试验,已经研究出已用在设计中的世界上最大锻造封头的新技术。本文介绍最新研究出的110万千瓦沸水堆压力容器大型整锻下封头的制造方法和出色的试验结果。
Recently, Japan has adopted a new design at the bottom of the boiling water reactor to meet operational inspection requirements for nuclear reactor vessels and reduce exposure to the human body. In order to avoid complicated steel plate welded structures, the newly designed bottom consists of two large forgings, a large integral head, a lower ring with a small skirt, and a weld. Japan’s die-casting steel company through a comprehensive experiment, has been developed already used in the design of the world’s largest new forging head technology. This article describes the newly developed 1.1 million kilowatts boiling water heap pressure vessel large forging under the head of the manufacturing method and excellent test results.
