Objective To investigate the expression of immune activation-related molecules in peripheral blood of HIV / AIDS patients and analyze their correlation with the progression of AIDS. Methods The expression of CD38, HLA-DR and Ki67 on peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and CD8 + T lymphocytes in 80 HIV / AIDS patients and 20 healthy people were detected by flow cytometry. The differences of CD38 + / CD8 +, HLA-DR + / CD8 +, Ki67 + / CD8 + between different AIDS patients and HIV / AIDS patients were analyzed. The expressions of CD38, HLA-DR and Ki67 in CD8 + T lymphocytes and CD4 + T lymphocytes And the correlation between viral load. Results Compared with healthy controls, HIV / AIDS patients had significantly higher levels of CD38 + / CD8 +, HLA-DR + / CD8 + and Ki67 + / CD8 + (P <0.05) T level, and the level of CD38 + / CD8 +, HLA-DR + / CD8 + and Ki67 + / CD8 + were gradually increased in patients with AIDS (CD4 <200 cells / ml) CD8 +, HLA-DR + / CD8 +, Ki67 + / CD8 + were positively correlated with plasma viral load. Conclusion HIV infection can significantly increase the expression of CD38, HLA-DR and Ki67 in peripheral blood. With the progress of AIDS, the expression of CD38, HLA-DR and Ki67 gradually increase, and the abnormal activation of the immune system continues to increase. The AIDS disease process is closely related.
