为了寻求不加附加剂而能使膏滋不析出结晶的方法,我们经研究摸索,对膏滋的工艺进行了改进,取得满意的效果。主要的方法是:1.稀药液直接加糖(药液约为蔗糖量的2～3倍)。2.采用传统的“先武后文”的火候延长浓缩收膏时间。以含糖量较高易析出结晶的当归养血膏为例,每批成品膏100kg,其浓缩收膏时间应不少于5hr。即先用“武火”浓缩至药液比重约为1.23(95℃测)时改用“文火”收膏。采用上法收膏,不仅可不加催化剂制转化糖,而能控制膏滋
