目的了解掘港镇婴儿肥胖检出率,回顾性调查肥胖婴儿的养育行为,对其相关影响因素进行分析,进而为预防和控制婴儿肥胖提供参考。方法进行问卷调查,比较肥胖和正常两组婴儿抚养人养育行为。结果掘港镇婴儿肥胖检出率为11.05%;两组婴儿抚养人文化程度、出生6个月内喂养方式、是否正确理解肥胖及婴儿饥饿行为、是否规律时间进食及每天运动练习、抱婴儿时间差异有统计学意义,抚养人、每天哭闹时间差异无统计学意义。结论正确的养育行为,是预防和控制婴儿肥胖的关键。 Objective To understand the detection rate of infant obesity in Jigang Town, and to review the parenting behavior of obese infants, and to analyze the related factors, so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of infant obesity. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the parenting behavior of obese and normal infants in two groups. Results The detection rate of infant obesity in dugang was 11.05%. The education level of infant dependents and the mode of feeding within 6 months of birth correctly understood the obesity and infant starvation behaviors, regular eating habits and daily exercises, The difference was statistically significant, dependents, crying time difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions Proper parenting behavior is the key to preventing and controlling infant obesity.
