我国大规模水利工程的建设和实施、水利工程的长期加固维修,造成土地的大面积扰动,受到强降雨影响,水土流失状况严重。因此,我们要严格把控工程建设所造成的水土流失量,实施水土保持措施布设,并以此作为防治效果完成与否的重要参照标准。针对不同工程项目所实施的观测法也有所不同,为了更好地控制水土流失量,制定出最佳的水土保持方案。本研究对几种项目区水土流失量观测法进行了具体的讨论和研究。
The construction and implementation of large-scale water conservancy projects in our country and the long-term reinforcement and maintenance of water conservancy projects have caused large-scale disturbance of the land and are affected by the heavy rainfall, resulting in serious soil and water loss. Therefore, we must strictly control the amount of soil and water loss caused by the construction of the project and implement the measures for soil and water conservation. This should be taken as an important reference standard for the completion of prevention and control measures. The observation methods applied to different projects are also different. In order to better control the amount of soil erosion, the best soil and water conservation programs are formulated. This research discussed and studied the observation methods of soil and water loss in several project areas in detail.
