目的:分析我院价格零差率药物的使用情况。方法:数据来源于我院2007年和2008年药物的销售使用情况。结果:实施基本药物零差率后,使用零差率基本药物品种数为275种,两年优惠金额442万元,零差率药物的销售金额构成比为40%,门诊零差率药物的使用高于急诊和病房,门诊就诊人均享受优惠金额11.0～13.6元。结论:实行基本药物零差率后,百姓获得了实惠,零差率药物的使用与门诊、急诊及病房,中、西药使用,不同科室就医有关。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the use of zero-price drug in our hospital. Methods: The data come from the sale of drugs in our hospital in 2007 and 2008. Results: After the implementation of the zero-deficit rate of essential drugs, there were 275 kinds of essential drugs with zero-deficit rate, the amount of two-year concession was 4.42 million yuan, the composition ratio of sales of zero-slip drugs was 40%, and the out-patient zero- Higher than the emergency room and ward, outpatient visits per capita enjoy discount amount 11.0 ~ 13.6 yuan. Conclusion: After implementing the zero-deficit rate of essential drugs, people have gained substantial benefits. The use of zero-slip drugs is related to the use of out-patient clinics, emergency rooms and wards, and the use of middle and western medicine in different departments.
