从三维雷诺时平均非定常的 NAVIER- STOKES方程出发 ,采用压力耦合方程的半隐式方法 (SIMPLE) ,对流项采用迎风差分格式 (UD) ,结合各向异性 K-ε湍流模型 ,数值模拟了对旋式轴流风机非设计点的流场 ,并与已有的结果进行了比较。结果表明 ,求解 NAVIER- STOKES方程是定性分析对旋式轴流风机非设计点性能的一种有效方法。
Starting from the average unsteady Navier-Stokes equations in the case of three-dimensional Renault, a semi-implicit method of pressure-coupled equations (SIMPLE) was used. The convection term was modeled using the upwind difference scheme (UD) combined with the anisotropic K-ε turbulence model. The flow field of the non-design point of the rotary axial fan is compared with the existing results. The results show that solving NAVIER-STOKES equation is an effective way to qualitatively analyze the non-design point performance of rotary axial fans.
