我院应用日立/Z8000型原子吸收分光光度仪,以火焰法和石墨炉法测定了50例糖尿病人血清锌、铜、铁、锰、铬水平,与正常组对照。结果表明:糖尿病人血清锌、铬、铁明显下降,血清铜升高,铜/锌比值也显著升高(P<0.01);有并发症者及并发症越多者,其血清锌下降越显著,血清铜升高;铜/锌比值也明显升高(P<0.01),本文重点讨论了血清锌、铜、铜/锌比值,铁、锰、铬与糖尿病及其并发症的关系,旨在进一步了解微量元素在糖尿病时的变化,指导糖尿病的治疗。
In our hospital, Hitachi / Z8000 atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to determine the levels of serum zinc, copper, iron, manganese and chromium in 50 diabetics by flame method and graphite furnace method, which were compared with the normal group. The results showed that serum zinc, chromium and iron in diabetics decreased obviously, serum copper increased and copper / zinc ratio increased significantly (P <0.01).
