在非公路用户对柴油机要求愈来愈高、排放法规越来越严格时,一种新型的燃油喷射技术应运而生。这种新技术不仅满足了排放要求,而且对提高可靠性和运用性能大有益处。非公路和公路用柴油机都有一种趋势,即采用全电子控制的方式来控制供油和喷射定时,从而获得更高压力的喷射能力。同时,其它一些电子控制的特色在燃油系统中也有所体现。本文介绍了用于QSK19型柴油机的CumminsQuantumCELECTTM型高压燃油喷射系统,其性能和电控的特色将被详尽地阐述。
When non-road users are getting higher and higher demands on diesel engines and emission regulations are becoming more stringent, a new type of fuel injection technology has emerged. This new technology not only meets the emission requirements, but also greatly enhances reliability and performance. Off-highway and road diesel engines have a tendency to adopt full electronic control to control fueling and injection timing to achieve higher-pressure injection capabilities. At the same time, some other electronic control features are also reflected in the fuel system. This article describes the CumminsQuantumCELECTTM high-pressure fuel injection system for the QSK19 diesel engine. Its performance and electronic control features are described in detail.
