收集了我国4个白肋烟产区33份白肋烟晾制后上部叶样品,并以美国、马拉维样品为对照,测定了烟草特有亚硝胺(TS-NA)、生物碱和硝酸盐含量,以揭示TSNA含量与前体物之间的关系。结果表明,四川达州和云南宾川白肋烟TSNA含量水平较低,分别与美国和马拉维相当,不同产区间NNN和总TSNA含量差异较大,NNK、NAT和NAB含量差异相对较小。烟碱转化导致降烟碱含量升高是造成国内一些产区NNN和总TSNA含量较高的主要原因,随着总TSNA含量的增加,NNN所占比例增大。烟叶降烟碱含量、烟碱转化率与NNN和总TSNA含量呈极显著的正相关关系。NNK、NAT、NAB含量与硝酸盐含量呈显著正相关,同一产区不同烟叶样品NNK含量与硝酸盐含量呈极显著的正相关。品种间比较可知,鄂烟1号和鄂烟3号烟碱转化率较高,是导致其TS-NA含量升高的主要原因。
A total of 33 burley tobacco upper leaves were collected from four Burley tobacco producing areas of China. The tobacco-specific nitrosamines (TS-NA), alkaloids and nitric acid Salt content to reveal the relationship between TSNA content and precursors. The results showed that the contents of TSNA in Dazhou and Binchuan of Yunnan were lower than those in the United States and Malawi, respectively. The contents of NNN and total TSNA in different producing areas were quite different, while the differences in contents of NNK, NAT and NAB were relatively small . The main cause of higher NNN and total TSNA in some producing areas is the increase of nornicotine induced by nicotine conversion. As the total TSNA content increases, the proportion of NNN increases. The nicotine content and nicotine conversion of tobacco leaves had a significant positive correlation with NNN and total TSNA content. NNK, NAT and NAB content were positively correlated with nitrate content. There was a significant positive correlation between NNK content and nitrate content in different tobacco samples from the same producing area. The results showed that the higher nicotine conversion rate of E-1 and E-3 was the main reason for the increase of TS-NA content.
