为考察N-氧化3’3-偶氮双(6-氨基-1,2,4,5-四嗪)(DAATO3.5)在CMDB推进剂制备工艺中的适用性,采用无溶剂压伸工艺和於浆浇铸工艺对DAATO3.5的工艺适用性进行了考察,制备了相应的CMDB推进剂样品。采用燃速试验、爆热试验、撞击感度试验、静电火花感度试验、爆发点试验、甲基紫试验、真空安定性试验等方法对含DAATO3.5的CMDB推进剂的燃烧性能、能量性能、安全性能进行了系统研究。制备工艺试验表明,DAATO3.5可安全的适用于无溶剂压伸工艺和於浆浇铸工艺进行制备。性能测试结果表明,用DAATO3.5取代原配方中的RDX(HMX),可明显提高推进剂的燃速,并保持燃速压力指数基本不变;随着配方中DAATO3.5含量的增加,推进剂的爆热出现一定程度的降低;推进剂的撞击感度、静电火花感度及爆发点、甲基紫试验、真空安定性等热感度均出现一定程度的升高。
In order to investigate the applicability of N-oxide 3’3-azobis (6-amino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine) (DAATO3.5) in CMDB propellant preparation process, solvent- And the slurry casting process DAATO3.5 process applicability were investigated, prepared the corresponding CMDB propellant samples. The combustion performance, energy performance, safety of CMAT propellant with DAATO3.5 were studied by means of burning rate test, detonation test, impact sensitivity test, electrostatic spark sensitivity test, explosion point test, methyl violet test and vacuum stability test. Performance was systematically studied. Preparation process tests show that, DAATO3.5 safe for solvent-free extrusion process and the slurry casting process for preparation. The results of performance test show that replacing RDX (HMX) in the original formulation with DAATO3.5 can obviously increase the burning rate of the propellant and keep the burning rate pressure index basically unchanged. With the increase of DAATO3.5 content in the formulation, Agent burst heat to some extent reduce; impact sensitivity of propellants, electrostatic spark sensitivity and explosion point, methyl violet test, vacuum stability and other thermal sensitivities have increased to some extent.
