采用浸渍-焙烧法制备负载Ni的S_2O_8~(2-)/TiO_2固体超强酸。利用Hammett指示剂法和FT-IR两种测试分析手段对该催化剂进行表征,并对Ni-S_2O_8~(2-)/TiO_2固体超强酸在二氧六环-水体系中催化解聚木质素的性能进行研究。结果表明:催化剂用量为0.15 g/3 g的Indulin AT、反应温度280℃、反应时间60 min、氢气压力为2 MPa(室温)的反应条件下,反应后乙酸乙酯萃取物质量为2.24 g,乙醚萃取物(主要为单体产物)质量可达1.27 g。
Ni - doped S_2O_8 ~ (2 -) / TiO_2 solid superacid was prepared by impregnation - roasting method. The catalyst was characterized by means of Hammett indicator and FT-IR.
