目的检测即刻早期基因X-1(IEX-1)在卵巢癌、卵巢良性肿瘤组织及交界性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达,初步探讨其与卵巢癌发生发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化法对105例卵巢组织(良性肿瘤21例、交界性肿瘤24例、恶性肿瘤60例)进行IEX-1蛋白检测。结果IEX-1蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率[38.3%(23/60)]均明显低于良性[80.9%(17/21)]和交界性[62.5%(15/24)]卵巢肿瘤组织(P<0.01),IEX-1在不同年龄、组织学类型的卵巢癌中阳性表达率差异无统计学意义;FIGO分期晚期(Ⅲ~Ⅳ期)及组织分化程度低者(G3)IEX-1阳性表达率低于FIGO分期早期(Ⅰ~Ⅱ)及中高分化者(G1~G2),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IEX-1蛋白低表达可能与卵巢癌的发生发展有关。
Objective To detect the expression of immediate early gene X-1 (IEX-1) in ovarian cancer, benign ovarian tumor and borderline ovarian tumor, and to explore its relationship with the development of ovarian cancer. Methods The expression of IEX-1 protein in 105 cases of ovarian tissue (21 cases of benign tumor, 24 cases of borderline tumor and 60 cases of malignant tumor) was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of IEX-1 protein expression in ovarian cancer was significantly lower than that of benign [80.9% (17/21)] and junctional [62.5% (15/24)] ovaries There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of IEX-1 between ovarian cancers of different ages and histological types (FIGO stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ and G3 IEX 1 positive expression rate was lower than that of early FIGO stage (Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ) and moderately well differentiated (G1 ~ G2), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The low expression of IEX-1 protein may be related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.
