为了分析含钉群复合材料结构的钉载分配及承载能力问题,首先对Globle Bolted Joint Model(GBJM)方法进行了改进,然后采用改进的方法对复合材料多钉连接结构的钉载分配和承载能力进行了预测,并与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明:当孔边复合材料未出现损伤时,该方法对多钉载荷分配的预测和试验结果比较接近;而对结构承载能力的预测,该方法偏于保守,比试验结果约低15%。同时该方法具有两个显著优点:一是计算结构钉载分配时效率高,和三维有限元模型相比提高约75%;二是能够对含钉群复合材料结构的失效载荷进行有效的预测。
In order to analyze the problem of nail load distribution and load carrying capacity of composite materials with nail group, firstly, the method of Globle Bolted Joint Model (GBJM) is improved, and then the method of nail load distribution and load carrying capacity of composite multi- A prediction was made and compared with the test results. The results show that this method is close to the prediction of the multi-spike load distribution when the composite is not damaged, while the method is conservative, which is about 15% lower than the experimental one.
