以20mm厚度钢板为研究对象,系统对中厚板激光切割的不同工艺参数对切缝质量的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明,切割速度为0.5m/min,喷嘴工作距离为1.5mm,激光功率为5 500 W时,效果较理想,大部分切缝背面无粘渣,当切割时将氧气压力值调至0.15 Mpa时,切割的效果较好,并且大部分的激光离焦量与其可以进行匹配,切割后的切缝无粘渣效果优良。在喷嘴工作距离为20mm,切割后能够产生无粘渣效果的工艺区间不是很宽。切割时的切割氧气压力在0.10 MPa~0.15 Mpa,激光离焦量在5mm~20mm的附近区域时才会有无粘渣效果。在钢板背面有涂层时,切缝背面基本无粘渣,即使有少部分渣残留,清除也比较容易。
