滨海相盐渍土环境下氯离子侵蚀钢筋混凝土结构,引发内部钢筋腐蚀,降低结构使用寿命。区别于NaCl溶液浸泡的试验条件,盐渍土中多种离子在溶度梯度作用下侵入混凝土,产生扩散电场,影响氯离子在混凝土内部累积过程。文章基于多重离子扩散的电场效应,建立盐渍土环境下氯离子侵蚀混凝土模型,采用有限元的方法计算不同年代混凝土内部氯离子含量分布状况,发现多重离子扩散电场加速了氯离子在孔隙溶液中的扩散过程。针对连云港盐渍土中盐分类型、含量分布和腐蚀性,提出混凝土保护层厚度不应小于50mm。
Chloride ion erodes the reinforced concrete structure in coastal saline soil environment, causing corrosion of internal reinforcement and reducing the service life of the structure. Different from the NaCl solution immersion test conditions, a variety of ions in saline soil intrusion under the action of the gradient of solubility into concrete, resulting in diffusion electric field, affecting the chloride ion accumulation in the concrete process. Based on the electric field effect of multiple ion diffusion, a concrete model of chloride ion erosion in saline soil was established. The distribution of chloride ion content in concrete at different ages was calculated by finite element method. It was found that multiple ion diffusion electric field accelerated chloride ion in pore solution The proliferation process. According to the salt type, content distribution and corrosivity in saline soil of Lianyungang, the thickness of concrete protective layer should not be less than 50mm.
