用改进后的“小菜蛾—白菜菜叶法”对4个苏云金杆菌制剂样品的3批次生物测定结果表明,毒力效价的变异系数都低于5%,相关系数都高于0.94,检测值的稳定性高于菜叶法及其它方法,检测时间能从48h缩短到24h。
Three batches of bioassay results of the four samples of Bacillus thuringiensis with the improved “diamondback moth-cabbage leaf” method showed that the coefficients of variation of the virulence titers were both lower than 5% and the correlation coefficients were all higher than 0.94 , The stability of the test value is higher than the leaf method and other methods, detection time can be shortened from 48h to 24h.
