使用4种球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)在室内对美国白蛾5龄幼虫进行了防治试验。试验结果表明,白僵菌菌株Bb11对美国白蛾有较高的侵染效果,同时明确了其致死中浓度(LC50)。田间试验表明,浓度为5×108孢子/mL的白僵菌防治效果为89.8%,浓度为1×109孢子/mL的白僵菌防治效果为94.2%,浓度为2×109孢子/mL的白僵菌防治效果为96.9%。因此,在使用过程中应保持一定的孢子浓度以保障防治效果。
Four Beauveria bassiana (Beauveria bassiana) were used to control the 5th instar larvae of C. medinalis indoors. The test results showed that the B. bassiana strain Bb11 had a higher infection effect on H. litura and its lethal concentration (LC50). Field experiments showed that the control efficacy of Beauveria bassiana at a concentration of 5 × 108 spores / mL was 89.8%, and the control efficacy of Beauveria bassiana at a concentration of 1 × 109 spores / mL was 94.2% at a concentration of 2 × 109 spores / mL Stibfeous control effect of 96.9%. Therefore, the use of the process should maintain a certain concentration of spores in order to protect the control effect.
