为了研究幽门螺杆菌（ＨｅｌｉｃｏｂａｃｔｅｒＰｙｌｏｒｉ，Ｈｐ）相关性十二指肠溃疡的治疗方法，将本病４９６例随机分为六组。Ａ组奥美拉唑４０ｍｇ，每天１次，治疗２周。Ｂ组：泰胃美８００ｍｇ，每晚１次，治疗４周。Ｃ组：胶体铋剂（德诺）１２０ｍｇ，每天４次，治疗４周、弗莱莫星５００ｍｇ，每天４次治疗２周。Ｄ组：奥美拉唑４０ｍｇ，每天１次，弗莱莫星２５０ｍｇ和甲硝唑２００ｍｇ各每日４次，治疗２周。Ｅ组：泰胃美８００ｍｇ，每晚１次，治疗４周，弗莱莫星２５０ｍｇ和甲硝唑２００ｍｇ，每日４次，治疗２周。Ｆ组：胶体铋剂（德诺）１２０ｍｇ，每天４次治疗４周，弗莱莫星２５０ｍｇ和甲硝唑２００ｍｇ各每日４次，治疗２周。疗程结束４周后用快速尿素酶试验和Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ－Ｓｔａｒｙ银染法复查Ｈｐ，两项均阳性者定为有Ｈｐ感染，两项均阴性时判断Ｈｐ已被根除。结果显示Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ，Ｄ，Ｅ，Ｆ组溃疡愈合率分别为８２．７％、６８．５％、７９．３％、８８．５％、８０．４％和７９．２％。Ｈｐ根除率分别为４０．７％、９．５％、７５．６％、８７．５％、７１．３％和８３．３％。溃疡愈合率Ｄ，Ｅ，Ｆ三组之间比较或Ｄ，Ｅ，Ｆ与Ｃ组比较或Ａ组与Ｄ，Ｅ，Ｆ，Ｃ组比?
In order to study the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) -related duodenal ulcer, 496 patients were randomly divided into six groups. Group A omeprazole 40mg, 1 day, for 2 weeks. Group B: Thai Weimei 800mg, 1 night, for 4 weeks. Group C: colloidal bismuth (Deno) 120mg, 4 times a day, for 4 weeks, 500mg of Fleimotoxin, 4 times a day for 2 weeks. Group D: omeprazole 40mg, once daily, 250mg mefenamicin and 200mg metronidazole 4 times daily for 2 weeks. Group E: Thai Weimei 800mg, 1 night, treatment for 4 weeks, 250mg meridian and metronidazole 200mg, 4 times a day for 2 weeks. Group F: colloidal bismuth (Deno) 120mg, 4 times a day for 4 weeks, 250mg mefenamicin and metronidazole 200mg 4 times a day for 2 weeks. Four weeks later, Hp was examined by rapid urease assay and Warthin-Stary silver staining. Both were positive for Hp infection and both were negative for Hp being eradicated. The results showed that the healing rates of ulcer in groups A, B, C, D, E and F were 82.7%, 68.5%, 79.3%, 88.5%, 80.4% and 79.2%, respectively. Hp eradication rates were 40.7%, 9.5%, 75.6%, 87.5%, 71.3% and 83.3%, respectively.
