为探讨γ-谷氨酰移换酶(GGT)糖链异质体对肝癌的诊断价值,以化学致癌剂2-FAA诱发鼠肝脏癌变,对癌变过程中的肝脏组织GGT总量及其GGT糖链异质体进行动态观察。结果提示,肝癌组织GGT总量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),GGT活性随癌组织肿块的增大而增高;其肝癌组织中的GGT对ConA的亲和性也呈动态改变,随肝癌组织的肿块增大而呈持续下降,即ConA非结合型GGT(GGT-N-C)持续增加。表明,GGT-N-C含量检测有助于肝癌的早期诊断。
