近年来,电磁场(Electromagneticfields,EMFs)生物效应的研究已被我国列为生物物理学方面的重大课题。电磁技术用于骨科治疗的研究横跨电工技术、生物技术和医学领域。早期的医学研究表明低频电磁场能加速骨折愈合。但众多的实验结果显示这项研究还存在着很多方面的挑战。为此,研究者们在细胞和分子水平上展开广泛的体外实验研究,深入探讨了电磁场在骨形成及代谢上的作用,提出了一些机理解释,并大胆地探索了电磁场在治疗骨质疏松(OP)等病症上的应用。
In recent years, the study of biological effects of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) has been listed as a major issue in biophysics by our country. Electromagnetic Technology Research in orthopedic therapy spans the fields of electrotechnics, biotechnology and medicine. Early medical research shows that low-frequency electromagnetic fields can accelerate fracture healing. However, numerous experimental results show that there are still many challenges in this research. To this end, researchers at the cellular and molecular level to conduct a wide range of experimental studies in vitro, in-depth discussion of the role of electromagnetic fields in bone formation and metabolism, put forward some mechanism to explain and boldly explore the electromagnetic field in the treatment of osteoporosis OP) and other diseases on the application.
