目的:研究甘蔗滓多糖(SRP)对大鼠高血脂模型的降血脂效果和对小鼠急性肝损伤模型的保护作用。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养建立高血脂大鼠模型、小鼠急性肝损伤模型,以低、中、高3个剂量甘蔗滓多糖灌胃。测定大鼠体重和血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白的含量;测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的活性。结果:甘蔗滓多糖能明显降低大鼠血清中甘油三酯含量,一定程度降低总胆固醇含量;甘蔗滓多糖能够降低小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶含量,对肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。结论:甘蔗滓多糖对高脂血症大鼠具有降血脂的作用,对小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the hypolipidemic effect of sugarcane polysaccharide (SRP) on rat model of hyperlipidemia and its protective effect on acute liver injury in mice. Methods: A hyperlipemia rat model and a mouse model of acute liver injury were established by feeding with high-fat diet and fed with three dosages of low, medium and high doses of sugarcane polysaccharide. The body weight, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, and low density lipoprotein were measured. The activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in serum were measured. Results: Cane sugar polysaccharide can significantly reduce the content of triglyceride in serum and reduce the content of total cholesterol in a certain extent. Sugarcane polysaccharide can reduce the contents of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in serum, and protect liver from injury. CONCLUSION: Sugarcane polysaccharide has anti-hyperlipidemic effect on hyperlipidemic rats and protects against acute liver injury in mice.
