为了明晰钢帘线专用线材的实物质量水平,以指导产品质量标准的合理定位和生产工艺制度的合理制定,选取了钢帘线生产企业使用性能最好的典型帘线钢线材样品,进行了比较全面的检测分析。结果表明:先进帘线钢线材具有一些共同特点,即成分范围窄和材质纯净化;力学性能均匀,面缩率较高;组织为索氏体的体积分数>80%的均匀组织,平均片层间距约0.2μm,先共析铁素体体积分数<1%;钢中仅含A类和D类夹杂,D类夹杂≤0.5级、尺寸≤5μm且均呈塑性;产品尺寸精度高;无明显中心偏析、表面脱碳和缺陷。
