7A04铝合金本体锻件,在表面处理后发现个别件过烧。由于本体零件加工工序多,生产周期长,生产成本高,为了减少生产损失,需采用电导率涡流检测进行铝合金无损鉴别。通过试样检测,得出试验件临界过烧的结论,然后对本体零件逐个进行电导率涡流测量,根据测量结果,划分验证分析范围。结合金相组织检测分析,得出临界电导率判定值,从而将正常与过烧组织零件进行鉴别区分。 7A04 aluminum alloy body forgings, after the surface treatment found that individual pieces of over burning.
