家用汽车历时半年时间,通过网络平台、微信微博互动版块,搜集投诉数据,采访投诉车主,得到第一手反馈。涉及包括进口品牌、合资品牌、自主品牌共50多个品牌。我们通过投诉量、投诉占比、企业答复率、问题解决率和客户满意度五个方面为这些企业排名。我们的重点是在展示这些汽车企业面对投诉时的态度和解决问题的效率,展现一个真实的汽车维权环境。进口品牌从投诉案例来看,进口品牌由于销量限制,投诉量不高,在调查的13个进口汽车品牌中没有一个汽车品牌的投诉量过干,有58 7例投诉的大众(进口)位居榜首。而且进口品牌的企业答复率也比较
The family car lasted half a year and collected the complaint data through the online platform and WeChat Weibo interactive forum and interviewed the complaining vehicle owner for first-hand feedback.
