[目的]构建石墨烯修饰电极用差分脉冲溶出伏安法检测重金属的方法。[方法]采用电还原的方法将氧化石墨烯变成还原型石墨烯,针对电极修饰材料石墨烯进行表征测试,优化石墨烯修饰电极检测的试验检测条件。[结果]石墨烯修饰电极可以实现在4 min内同时检测食品中的铅、镉和铜元素,且具有很好的准确度、稳定性和抗干扰性。[结论]研究可为快速准确地检测食品中重金属元素提供参考。
[Objective] To establish a method for detecting heavy metals by differential pulse stripping voltammetry on graphene modified electrode. [Method] The graphene oxide was changed into reduced graphene by electroreduction, and the graphene modified electrode was characterized and tested. The test conditions of graphene modified electrode were optimized. [Result] The graphene modified electrode can detect lead, cadmium and copper in food simultaneously within 4 min, and has good accuracy, stability and anti-interference. [Conclusion] The study can provide a reference for rapid and accurate detection of heavy metal elements in food.
