DNA甲基化作为重要的表现遗传调控现象之一,广泛地存在于原核生物和真核生物中,并且在多种生物学过程中起到非常重要的作用.近年来,随着DNA甲基化研究方法的改进及创新,昆虫DNA甲基化的研究取得了一些新的进展和成果.本文就果蝇和家蚕等昆虫DNA甲基化的特征、研究方法,以及DNA甲基化在昆虫基因组印迹、胚胎发育、衰老、记忆、免疫和进化中的作用等进行简要综述,以期对家蚕等昆虫DNA甲基化的本质及功能理解有所启发.“,”As one of the important epigenetic phenomena,DNA methylation occurs in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes extensively and plays important roles in various biological processes.With the improvement and innovation of DNA methylation research methods,substantial progress and achievements on DNA methylation in insects have been achieved in recent years.In this review,we briefly summarized the characteristics,research methods and functions of DNA methylation in genomic imprinting,embryo development,aging,memory,immune and evolution of Drosophila melanogaster,Bombyx mori and other insects,so as to provide a better understanding of the essence and function of DNA methylation in B.moil and other insects.
