应用~3H-TdR体内标记放射自显影术观察了DMH诱发的小鼠大肠癌、癌旁粘膜及正常小鼠结肠粘膜上皮细胞动力学改变。其标记指数(LI)分别为13.43%、6.36%和3.57%,三者之间具显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);标记细胞的分布,在正常结肠粘膜集中于结肠粘膜隐窝中、下部,癌旁粘膜出现标记区扩大和上移现象,在大肠癌组织中,标记细胞呈弥漫分布。本文结果支持大肠癌组织起源系原位发生之学说。
The in vivo labeling autoradiography of ~3H-TdR was used to observe the dynamic changes of colon mucosal epithelial cells in mice with colorectal cancer, paraneoplastic mucosa and normal mice induced by DMH. The labeling index (LI) was 13.43%, 6.36%, and 3.57%, respectively. There was a significant difference among the three groups (P<0.01, P<0.05). The distribution of labeled cells in the normal colon mucosa was concentrated in the colon mucosal crypts. In the middle and lower parts of the tumor, there was a phenomenon of enlargement and migration of the labeling area. In the colorectal cancer tissues, the labeling cells were diffusely distributed. The results of this paper support the doctrine of the origin of colorectal cancer.
