刘某,女,45岁,已婚。主诉右侧乳腺内出现肿块已年余,于1984年4月入院。除肿块渐增大及月经期常感头晕外余无特殊,唯2年前曾有一次“眩晕病”发作。月经史15(3～4)/30,婚后未育。家族史无特殊。体查:血压、呼吸、脉搏正常。发育营养尚佳,神志清楚,无周身淋巴结肿大,头颅无畸形,两侧瞳孔形圆、大小相等,对光反应灵敏。颈软,心肺正常,肝脾未触及,四肢脊柱正常。外科情况:右侧乳腺内上象限较
Liu, female, 45 years old, married. The chief complained of a lump in the right breast for more than a year. She was admitted to hospital in April 1984.
