用苯乙腈肟钠与氟化硫代磷酸二乙酯反应，以ＣＨ２Ｃｌ２－Ｈ２Ｏ为溶剂、ＴＥＢＡ为相转移催化剂合成了辛硫磷。从辛硫磷粗品公分得一白色结晶，经元素分析、ＩＲ、ＮＭＲ及ＭＳ测定，确证其结构为双（苯乙腈肟）甲烷。
The reaction of phenyl sodium oxime with diethyl fluorophosphorothioate, phoxim was synthesized with CH2Cl2-H2O as solvent and TEBA as phase transfer catalyst. A white crystal was obtained from the crude phoxim and its structure was confirmed to be bis (benzonitrile oxime) methane by elemental analysis, IR, NMR and MS.
