目的 了解上皮型钙依赖黏附蛋白 (E cad)、层黏连蛋白受体 (LN R)在口腔鳞癌 (OSCC)中的表达及相互关系。方法 运用免疫组化技术标记E cad和LN R。结果 77例OSCC中E cad蛋白表达与OSCC的WHO分级、临床分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移情况密切相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;LN R蛋白表达与OSCC的WHO分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移情况显著相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;E cad蛋白表达与LN R蛋白表达呈负相关 ;多因素分析表明 ,E cad是影响OSCC淋巴结转移的最重要因素。结论 测定OSCC组织中E cad和LN R蛋白表达 ,对阐述OSCC浸润与转移机制有一定的理论意义 ;检测OSCC的E cad表达状况对临床判断患者预后及指道治疗有较大帮助。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of epithelial calcium-dependent adhesion protein (E cad) and laminin receptor (LN R) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods E cad and LN were labeled by immunohistochemistry. Results 77 cases of OSCC E cad protein expression and OSCC WHO classification, clinical stage, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis were closely related (P <0 05); LN R protein expression and OSCC WHO classification, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). E cad protein expression was negatively correlated with LN R protein expression. Multivariate analysis showed that E cad was the most important factor influencing lymph node metastasis in OSCC. Conclusions The determination of E cad and LN R protein expression in OSCC has some theoretical significance for elucidating the mechanism of OSCC invasion and metastasis. Detecting the expression of E cad in OSCC is helpful to predict the prognosis of patients with OSCC.
