单点渐进成形表面质量是当前研究的难点和热点问题,而表面粗糙度是衡量成形表面光洁程度的一个重要指标。在数控加工中心对2A12铝合金薄板进行了单点渐进成形的实验,研究了进给速度对成形工件表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,随着进给速度的减小,表面粗糙度的整体趋势也在减小。若进给速度减小到一定值时,表面粗糙度则趋于平稳。进给速度较大时,成形件的表面会出现类似“鱼鳞纹”的刀路。若进给速度逐渐减小,成形件表面的“鱼鳞纹”之间的距离逐渐减小,粗糙度也相应的减小,表面趋于平滑。
Single-point progressive forming surface quality is the current research difficulties and hot issues, and surface roughness is a measure of the smoothness of the forming surface is an important indicator. In the NC machining center 2A12 aluminum alloy sheet was single point progressive forming experiment, studied the feed rate of the workpiece surface roughness. The results show that with the other conditions unchanged, the overall trend of surface roughness decreases with the decrease of the feed rate. If the feed rate is reduced to a certain value, the surface roughness tends to be stable. Feed speed is large, the surface will appear similar to forming “fish scale pattern ” knife path. If the feed rate is gradually reduced, the distance between the “fish scale pattern” on the surface of the forming part is gradually reduced, and the roughness is correspondingly reduced, and the surface is smoothed.
