某钢铁公司热力厂3台75t/h煤气锅炉长期运行不正常,出力不足,过热器严重超温。本文从燃料变化,热力参数改变及系统与设备方面问题进行了论证,综合考虑了设备状况、施工条件及用户在资金、质量、工期和安全等方面的控制要求,提出了增加系统调温能力的减温器技改方案,并在用户后来的锅炉改造中得到了运用。
An iron and steel plant 3 75t / h gas boiler long-term abnormal operation, lack of output, overheating serious overheating. In this paper, the fuel changes, the change of thermal parameters and system and equipment aspects are discussed. The equipment condition, construction conditions and users’ requirements of capital, quality, construction period and safety are considered. Desuperheater technical transformation programs, and later in the user boiler transformation has been applied.
