本文研究了V_2O_5-HNO_3-H_2SO_4消解法中各组份的作用机制,发现消解过程中形成的H(NO)SO_4是使有机汞化合物分解和随后影响还原气化-冷原子吸收法测汞重现性差的关键因素,提出了粮食样品消解的改进方法,并建立了一种新的土壤和沉积物的消解方法——NaNO_2-HNO_3-H_2SO_4消解法,大量实际样品分析和实验室间及不同方法间的初步比较研究表明,方法简便快速,易于初学者掌握,准确度和精密度都比以往方法有较大提高。
In this paper, the mechanism of each component in the V 2 O 5 -HNO 3 -H 2 SO 4 digestion method was studied. It was found that the formation of H (NO) SO 4 during digestion was caused by the decomposition of organic mercury compounds and the subsequent reversion of mercury by reductive gasification-cold atomic absorption The key factor of sexual difference was proposed to improve the method of digestion of food samples. A new method for digestion of soil and sediment was established, which was digestion method of NaNO_2-HNO_3-H_2SO_4, lots of actual samples and inter-laboratory and different methods The preliminary comparative study shows that the method is simple and fast, easy for beginners to master, accuracy and precision than the previous methods have greatly improved.
