随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展与社会变革的深入,职业教育在国民经济中的地位越来越重要。但中职学校的生源素质参差不齐,学生的行为习惯也相对较差。通过“行为铸德的校本实践”省级课题研究与探索,有效地挖掘了学生的潜能。结合职业教育中生本教育的特点与问题,谈谈实施生本德育的必要性,重点介绍“行为铸德”校本实践和成效。
With the development of China’s socialist market economy and the deepening of social changes, the status of vocational education in the national economy has become increasingly important. However, the quality of students in secondary vocational schools is uneven, and students’ behavior is relatively poor. Through “research and exploration of provincial-level practice” of “behavior-based training of schools and schools”, the potential of students has been effectively tapped. Combined with the characteristics and problems of this education in vocational education, we should talk about the necessity of implementing the moral education in our country, focusing on the school-based practice and effectiveness of “behavioral investment”.
